Designations: 1995: Lisa became a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, selling over 50 properties within the year and continues to earn education credits through the Certified Residential Specialist education classes. CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and recognizes her as an expert in residential sales. 1996: Lisa became an ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, representing over 25 buyers in 1996 and earning education credits through the Accredited Buyers Representative education classes. Lisa was in the first graduating class of ABR’s in San Antonio in 1996 as this was a new designation in 1996 as Buyer Representation was new to the real estate industry and RE/MAX offered the first classes in Texas. The designation and classes help Lisa negotiate for her sellers as understanding what the Buyer’s agents objectives are can help streamline the selling process and in order to obtain top dollar your agent must understand the training and mindset of the buyer’s representative. 2007: Lisa became an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional, with education and staging classes with Barb Swartz, the founder of StagedHomes.com. Lisa was in the first graduating class in San Antonio for ASP’s. 95 percent of ASP Staged Homes sell in 11 days or less and sell for 17% more. 2016: Lisa became a SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, with continuing education classes to help negotiate the special needs of senior home sellers. Lisa has the knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50 plus though major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home. Awards: Lisa joined RE/MAX in 1994 and has consistently been a top producer in San Antonio and has earned the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame which is awarded to agents that have earned over one million dollars in gross commissions in the RE/MAX system. 100 Percent Club: RE/MAX awards agents earning $100,000 to $249,999 annually are awarded the 100 Percent Club Award. Lisa first won this award in 2003 and has won it every year to date. Platinum Top 50 Winner: 2006, 2007, 2008 PREA 100 Award: Lisa ranked 71 out of 47,000 agents for production nationwide in 2002. Charitable Events: With every sale Lisa donates a portion of her earnings to the Children’s Miracle Network which raises funds and awareness for The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. They provide critical medical care of boys and girls, research that leads to better treatments and cures and programs to help children manage or prevent diseases. Lisa supports The Salvation Army, an international movement, an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Lisa has lived in San Antonio since 1974 and attended Churchill High School and Texas State University. She lives with her husband, David Harder, and two Dachshunds, Coco Chanel and Princess Grace. They have one daughter, Katie, who lives in Austin with their three beautiful grandkids, Riley, Juliet and Betty.
