"Unparalleled" Customer Service
I started my career in real estate in 1989 after leaving one of the big eight CPA firms for something that would combine my desire to interact with more people than an office setting allows and my fascination with houses/architecture. Prior to getting into real estate, I would spend my weekends walking through open houses and new construction homes just for fun.
My philosophy when is comes to real estate is simple... "customer service", technology is a wonderful thing, but it has also taken away a lot of the human connection and that is where I try to balance being up on the latest innovations as it pertains to real estate, but still provide that one on one personal service by promptly answering all calls, texts and emails. I also still schedule all my own appointments. My buyers and sellers become like family (and yes, I like my family) and treat those I work with like one.
While I have sold every type of real estate in my 28 year career, I have a strong emphasis on condominiums/town-homes and new construction.
For those buyers from out-of-state, I love showing the beauty of Utah. I also have a particular interest in history and enjoy passing that background along.
Like a lot of Utahns, I am physically active and while I am ashamed to admit it, I am not a skier, but am a very active hiker and a late to the sport amateur rock climber.
