My real estate career started more than thirty years ago in New York City. My first position, and enduring passion, was doing research. I was instrumental in creating and managing what remains to this day the strongest real estate research operation in New York City, and arguably, the nation. I rely on my years of real estate research training on a daily basis to provide all of my clients with the highest quality brokerage services possible.
From Research I moved on to Marketing where I was able to transform my natural creative abilities into effective business tools. Knowledge / experience are obviously essential, but good marketing gets homes sold. Through years of real estate marketing experience, I have learned and maintained highly effective techniques & cutting-edge technologies.
I obtained my real estate license in 1981 and started my residential career by leasing, managing and ultimately selling a small residential portfolio in New York City. My efforts in keeping these properties fully occupied and effectively maintained yielded my clients substantial monetary security. This multi-faceted start in the industry has prepared me throughout the years to responsibly manage the myriad of details encompassed in every real estate transaction.
With years of both commercial and residential real estate experience in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, I now concentrate my efforts on representing my clients with buying, selling and exchanging all types of real estate. Certainly willing and able to help almost anyone, anywhere, any time, my husband Kevin and I have been firmly rooted, for the last 16 years, right here in this beautiful patch of Earth we call The South Bay.
