Beginning his career with RE/MAX Advantage in 2005, Rene feels this was the perfect start to his career. At RE/MAX Advantage Rene had one on one classes that helped him develop the skills to maintain up to date knowledge of our day to day contracts from the California Association of Realtors. With careful supervision from brokers and owners Cliff and Brenda Hale, Rene learned all the necessary tools to develop strong leadership skills, negotiations skills, as well as proper client representation. Without a doubt Rene has dedicated his time to continue to advance in the Real Estate Industry by continuing with education in the Real Estate Industry as well as by taking on a variety of residential transaction types that include but not limited to standard sales, probate sales, short sales, trusts sales and conservatorship sales. Now back at RE/MAX Millennial Rene has taken the leadership role of Office Manager to develop and assist those agents who are passionate about making Real Estate their career not a job.
