Marcia Baltimore is a veteran of the Armed Forces, having served 21 years in the U.S. Army as an Information Technology Specialist and retiring in 2006. She and her husband spent two years in Iraq where they worked as Government Contractors from 2009-2011 providing technology support for Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine service members. Marcia participated in the Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort as part of Fort Hood's endeavor to assist in the disaster recovery effort back in 2005. Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous charitable events, such as food drives, financial counseling, tutoring and other fundraising activities, supporting young soldiers and their families. While serving in the military, Marcia earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College. After retiring, she went on to receive her Masters Degree in Information Technology Management from Trident University. Marcia's core strength is her strong customer service skills. She enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Her diverse employment history has helped her to forge solid management skills, listening skills and organizational skills. Marcia currently serves as a Residential Real Estate agent for RE/MAX Achievement, Martin Roberts Group. She employs the same dedication and work ethic that she learned in the military to her real estate career. Her clients are her main priority and it is her goal to make their experience a pleasant one by being accessible, a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs. Her family is her greatest motivation. She is married and the mother of three sons. After such a storied career, Marcia feels fortunate to call this wonderful city of Raleigh HOME!
