"Right-Sizing" Your Home for Your Lifestyle
I have lived in the Raleigh, NC area for nearly 50 years, and became a REALTOR in 1999. Although I am eager to work with all buyers and sellers, I have developed a passion for baby boomers, active adults, and the elderly. I am a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a founding member of the Triangle chapter of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC). Whether you are buying your first home for a growing family, or downsizing for retirement, it's all about finding the "right-size" home for your changing age and life style. My guiding principals are to provide open and trusted communication, creatively discern each client's wants and needs, and find the best home, for the best price, in the client's preferred time frame. I am a part of the Lindsay Real Estate Team with my son, Adam Lindsay We provide full-serve 24/7 responsive service for our clients.
In addition to my work as a Real Estate Agent, I also maintain my license as an Occupational Therapist, which was my career prior to Real Estate. I am an avid golfer and served on the 2014 US Open Wellness Team in Pinehurst. I am a member of Unity Church of the Triangle where I serve as an extended-care prayer chaplain. I am on the leadership team of Women In Networking (WIN), a weekly professional networking group in Cary, NC.
I am happy to help you, or someone you know, find your next great home in the Raleigh /Durham area.
