Serving PA & NJ Real Estate Needs
John has been involved in real estate for more than a decade. A native Philadelphian, John loves the city and its culture. He grew up moving around various neighborhoods of the city, and attended Cardinal Dougherty High School and graduated from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. John has lived throughout the Northeast part of the city, as well as in center city and South Jersey. He currently resides in Washington Township, NJ.
John has worked in practically every area of residential real estate. He started as a title closer and eventually worked as a mortgage loan officer before beginning real estate sales. “I kind of entered the industry backwards, which not many brokers have experience in. It sets me apart from many having worked in all facets of the industry.” After working at a small independent company in Northeast Philly, John opened his own brokerage in South Philadelphia under the RE/MAX franchise system. After 5 years and “weathering” the storm of a bad economy, he moved his office to the Society Hill/Queen Village fringe of center city most knows as Headhouse Square. John always loved Headhouse Square due to its proximity to South Street, an eclectic area full of excellent pubs, restaurants, shops and the famous “Shambles” that hosts the craft and farmers market. Its picturesque Georgian style homes and cobblestone street adds to the wonderful charm of the area and attaches the office to a great residential neighborhood.
