2013 marks my 8th year in real estate. While the market has been something of a roller coaster ride in those years, I love what I do. I have been very fortunate to work with a variety of people in many different real estate circumstances. These have given me a wealth of experience for working with buyers and sellers and help them achieve their real estate goals. Prior to my shift into real estate, I was a research scientist in academia for three decades. While science is quite different from real estate, my training has given me one of the best problem-solving abilities one can get out there. Many of the buyers I work with are first-time buyers. They have the goal of buying a home, but face many questions and uncertainties on how to find and buy their first home. Many of the sellers I meet have sold a home before but now face new realities of the present market: how to find a buyer for their home in 2013, how to sell their home within a specific timeframe, and how to price their home competitively. I specialize in most areas of Montgomery County, Maryland, where I have lived for 20 years.
