I love my job, but I don't "love" houses. What I do love is what home ownership means; family, community, stability, investment potential, wealth building potential, and a nice place to hang your hat. I'm in this industry because I understand that the most expensive and important purchase of your life is sometimes in the hands of agents who "love" houses, and don't care about people. I call it "fluff". Many agents have a lot of "fluff", but they have NO "stuff". I pride myself on making my client's real estate transaction comfortable and informative. It's important to you to understand the process, the nuances, and dynamics of the whole transaction, from beginning to end. That requires honesty, integrity, and education. It's my job to help you understand the process and answer all of your questions. If I don't know the answer, then I will find out the answer! I still believe in the American Dream of home ownership! Despite the ups and downs of the market, it's always good to own some dirt! They aren't making any more of it.
I grew up in a small town in Kentucky (Possum Trot), and learned from my grandfather the value of making good real estate investments. I also worked under my mother's wing as she ran her own business. I learned from her some great lessons in life, including the value of customer service and the influence a good or bad real estate investment can make on your life.
