In his past, Jacob oversaw global operations and headed sales for a global non-profit ministry. More recently, he earned coveted success in the auto parts industry directing sales teams, ranking #1 in sales, and growing his own business to a Top 5 parts brokerage company in only three years. Whether selling by phone, in person or at major conventions with top executives of mega corporations, Jacob has cultivated relationships with thousands of clients globally and surpassed sales goals with his superior negotiating.
Roots in Real Estate. Jacob minored in real estate at Georgia State University in Atlanta. After earning a Communication degree, he was a market analyst for a developer in Destin, FL, evaluating new markets, assisting in all phases of projects, and liaising with contractors, vendors and clients. His construction knowledge and eye for design, acquired while assisting his mother, owner of the Panhandle’s #1 interior design firm, set him apart. Coming full circle, Jacob is a proud member of The Ashton Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville. He enjoys helping buyers envision a home’s potential, marketing sellers’ properties to maximize interest, and delivering value to all parties.
