The Caring Agent

Outside of real estate, I am happily married to Udo Mohr, a Systems Design and Integrator for Boeing, and we stay busy keeping up with our six year old twins, Kaliana and Konrad! Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, I served almost 10 years in the United States Air Force. I am heavily involved at Pointe North Church. I currently serve as the Outreach Coordinator and Marketing Director for the Women's Ministry. I have also served on multiple missions trips to Honduras.

What led me to be a Realtor: After experiencing an unfortunate real estate transaction, I felt a desire to do my best to prevent this type of situation from happening to others. This was a catalyst to my becoming a Realtor. I truly enjoy the buying and selling of homes and strive to provide exceptional service for my clients! I am fully committed to ensuring that my clients get exactly what they desire out of our partnership. A distinct difference you will find in me as compared to other Realtors® is that I absolutely love to serve people in the housing market and giving to the community around us. Being a Realtor is not something I have to do but something I choose to do! I am so thankful God has led me to a job that I absolutely love doing and can serve others through.

Experience: I have been in the real estate services business in the Charleston real estate markets over 5 years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.

Expertise : As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I'm great at seeing the potential in this real estate markets.
