I started my career in the real estate industry over 12 years ago, as a loan officer with a mortgage bank. That experience has provided me with a thorough understanding of the financing aspect of buying and selling that far exceeds that of most real estate agents. I have also have had the benefit of receiving training in negotiation skills, from one of the top negotiation consulting firms in the country.
