Paul Dinkel has resided in Southern California since 1987 and has been associated with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita as an Associate Broker for the past 12 years and recently jointed RE/MAX Prestige Properties in Mission Viejo, CA.
Prior to Real Estate, Paul graduated from the University of Nebraska with BS Civil Engineering and MBA degrees, was a Registered Professional Engineer and has worked for major corporations including Peter Kiewit Sons, FMC Corporation, Texaco and Chevron in Marketing, Sales and Project Development upper managment positions.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in all markets, successfully closing over 1,200 real estate transactions, including over 150 REO and Short Sales and has completed over 2,500 Broker Price Opinion (BPO) evaluations.
Paul’s accreditations and Certifications include RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, RE/MAX Inner Circle, Certified Distressed Sale Expert (CDPE), Certified Investment Agent Specialist (CIAS), Certified Foreclosure Agent (CFA), Certified Short Sale Agent (CSSA), Five Star Institute REO Certification, FORCE Membership, Quality Service Platinum Certified , Board of Director member for CMA Resource Networking group, member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) and California Association of Realtors (CAR), member of Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR) and Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR) MLS systems with access to all Southern California real estate.
Paul has managed a network of professional, Licensed and Bonded Contractors, providing turnkey maintenance, repair and rehab services for REO listings and these resources are available for all investor and client needs.
