Sarah Warnock is a Loveland native & 4th generation Realtor in Northern Colorado. In 1922 her great grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions. Sarah is proud to be a part of a 94 year old family tradition of excellence in real estate. Sarah is a director & participates as a mentor for a program at her church called Kids Hope USA. Sarah currently serves as a Director on her local real estate board & has served as secretary & 2nd vice president in years past. She is a monthly contributor to Wounded Warrior Project, Children's Miracle Network, & sponsors a child in Africa through Compassion International. Sarah has earned her GRI Designation, Certified Residential Military Specialist Designation, & is ePRO. Throughout her 13 years in real estate, Sarah has earned the Honors Society Award several times for high production levels & the Leading Edge Award by Prudential National putting her in the top 6% of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2013, Sarah earned the Executive Club Award from RE/MAX & in 2014, earned the 100 Percent Club Award from RE/MAX. In 2014, Sarah was voted best area real estate agent by The 4th Street Chronicle. Sarah ranked as top sales agent at RE/MAX Alliance for the month of July 2015. Sarah studied Forestry & earned her bachelors degree in English Literature from Colorado State University. Sarah enjoys being outdoors especially in the company of her dogs. She is a hiker, reader, & loves to garden. Her favorite place is Yellowstone National Park. She has traveled to Israel, Alaska, & Australia. Sarah has a special affection for the area of Downtown Loveland & lives in a historical home herself. Sarah enjoys spending time with family & friends, always believing that investing in relationships is where the real treasure is.
