I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1972. Although all of the training and most of the classes are geared towards sales, my background would not let me become a “sales agent.” My college education was focused on business management. I worked for several years in a law firm and then with a sports marketing firm. From this background I learned how important it is to provide personal service. Relationships that are formed between an athlete and his agent are nurtured for years, and the client learns that the consulting and personal service are important, not the sales pitch. David Falk, who is Michael Jordan’s sports agent, and I worked together when he was a law clerk and I was a secretary. We both started at a firm called ProServ. I don’t think David built Michael’s confidence in him nor did he negotiate Michael’s contracts with a sales pitch. I also worked with Arthur Ashe, truly a great person. I learned service and negotiating from some of the top negotiators. I don’t want to talk to you about my production, I want to talk about what I will do for you. I do not want to sell your home. I want to give you the best service possible and assist in the selling of your home to make it a professional and lucrative transaction.I have an extensive knowledge of the entire Washington D.C./ Baltimore areas, and I specialize in residential and commercial sales in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Prince Georges and Montgomery counties. My background includes 15 years of legal work in general practice and real estate law.
