Real estate has been in the Brannan family for over 5 generations and can be traced back to the early days of San Francisco in the mid-1850’s when Samuel Brannan had a real estate brokerage in San Francisco.
John Brannan, is a native Marinite and long time Marin county agent. He has established a high regard amongst his peers as a reputable and respected real estate professional. He is here for the long term, just like his father, Bill Brannan (licensed in 1953) before him.
John understands that investing in real estate, whether it’s a personal residence or an investment property, is probably the biggest investment a person or family may make in their lifetime. He takes this very seriously. John has built his solid, trusted reputation by developing long-lasting relationships with his clients while acting in their best interests. He does this by listening to their needs and then helping them map out a plan to realize their real estate dreams.
John has been diligently developing a real estate team over the last couple of years. The reason is simple. John is married to Holly Brannan and they reside in San Rafael. They have two children, Kelsey, 26 and Sam, 24. John and Holly enjoy going for walks on the trails of Marin. Holly is a painter and John enjoys playing golf and tennis. They both attend Bay Marin Community Church where they serve on ministries that focus on giving-back to the community.
