Earl began his real estate career in project management of high-end residential real estate developments, featuring properties for Rue McClanahan and Mary Hart in the Beverly Hills market. After discovering investment opportunities, Earl built upon it by obtaining his California Broker license in 1997 and later added the state of Nevada. Licensed as a Broker in both CA and NV, he has been responsible and involved in more than 2,500 residential real estate transactions.
In addition to direct listings and sales, Earl has expertise in the areas of relocation directorship, corporate acquisitions, franchise sales, project rehabs, and managing other agents within an office as an Owner/Operator. As the Acquisition Director for Blue Mountain Homes, Earl was an essential influencer to their successful acquisition of over 2,000 properties during the real estate market downfall in 2008-2010. The main objective was to rehab properties and resell to the public all across the U.S. Over the last three years he has worked as a Productivity Coach providing him with a wealth of training - coaching 70+ agents congruently with their transactions and teaching personal growth in real estate. Community involvement has been a large part of Earl’s activities outside of real estate. By co-chairing a bond committee, Earl was able to place a $36 million bond on the local ballot and pass for road and sidewalk improvements throughout the City of Novato, CA. He is a graduate of the Leadership Novato Program, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute. Additionally, Earl has served on the Architectural Review Board for the City of Santa Monica, CA. Participation in local community groups such as Girl Scouts of America, Toys for Tots, Make A Dream Foundation as well as Boys and Girls Club of America have been very rewarding for Earl in his quest to give back to so many who have little to give.
