Being a Seattle Native, I know and LOVE this City and its diverse and unique neighborhoods. I think the best thing about the Seattle area is that there truly is a neighborhood for everyone – no matter who you are or how you live, there is a place where you can settle in and have the life you desire. I live in Downtown Kirkland and when I’m not working, I enjoy along with my husband all the area has to offer from boating, golfing, skiing, hiking, touring wineries and visiting the San Juan Islands . We also love supporting the performing arts, local events and experiencing all the fabulous restaurants throughout this spectacular Metropolitan area.

I work with the Seller to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Sales & Marketing plan which often combines ‘in-house’ staging with targeted direct marketing initiatives designed to attract buyers at the desired price. For the Buyer, knowing your market is half the battle. I bring a unique combination of personal experience and professional resources in the local real estate market to ensure you find the right home with a most competitive loan.
