With over 35 years of sales experience, ten of which in real estate sales, I have learned that listening to a customer is the most important component of a successful real estate transaction. Financial goals, timing, realistic expectations are all parts of the puzzle. I pride myself in taking the time to learn more about YOU! What are your Wants vs. Needs? I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. (yes, I am a Steelers fan!) Following high school I moved to Colorado and ultimately graduated from the University of Denver. I returned to Pittsburgh where I joined our family business in the manufacturing and sales of water, oil and gas pipeline products. It is there that I met my wife of over 33 years, and raised our two kids. We ultimately sold our business to the Rockwell Corporation in the early 90’s. With great memories of my earlier years, we moved back to Colorado in 1994. My kids are now adults and we are blessed with a beautiful granddaughter.
I have experienced what you are about to do, however, it DOES all start with listening!
