Wally Wilson Broker/Owner Georgetown Texas
Wally has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986. He has received the designations of CRS, ABR, GRI, CRB., and a CCIM candidate. Wally graduated from Baylor University in 1974 with a BBA. He has been a previous owner in a manufacturer’s representative agency, a medical supply business, and a commercial and residential property management business. He is the owner/broker of RE/MAX Centx Associates.
Wally has extensive knowledge of planning and zoning issues, and the complexity of politics as it impacts the value of real estate developments in a growing county like Williamson County.
Wally enjoys working with people, mentoring students, assisting buyers and sellers, and associating with quality real estate professionals. He enjoys his family, hunting, outdoor activities, and has completed six Austin Marathons. Wally is an active member of First Baptist Church, Georgetown, where he is a deacon, previous deacon chairman, co-chairman of the 2014-2015 Pastor Search Committee, and an active life group member.
Annette has been a licensed agent for the past 17 years. She has received the designations of CRS, GRI, and ABR. Annette has a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University. She taught first and second grades in the public school system for fifteen years.
Annette is actively involved at First Baptist Church, Georgetown. She sings alto on the
praise team, is a member of the Celebration Ensemble, and is VP of the adult choir.
Wally and Annette have been married for 40 years. Their son, Justin, 37,
owns American Irrigation in Georgetown, and is married to Ashly Holmstrom, an
agent with RE/MAX Centx. Their daughter, Lindsay, 33, is an broker agent with RE/MAX Centx is married to Brandon Currey of Georgetown. Wally & Annette’s granddaughter, Avery, is 11 years old and their grandson, Wade, is 7 years old.
