Realtor Vicky Boyd sets high standards for herself. She knows the local real estate market well, having worked for a Florida real estate developer for 16 years, and serves as a notary on hundreds of real estate closings.
Prior to entering real estate, she worked 12 years in higher education at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where she earned her bachelor's degree.
Vicky Boyd has a proven track record with buyers and sellers who describe her as honest, patient and thorough. In one instance, the buyer turned the search process over entirely to Vicky, trusting that she had listened well and bid on the right properties. Even if the search process takes several months, Vicky doesn’t give up until there is a perfect fit. Sellers from out of state rely on Vicky to prepare the home for market without direct supervision. The high standards she sets for herself, her attention to detail, and her willingness to roll up her sleeves to do whatever needs to be done, have built a reputation that brings clients and their referrals back to work with her time and again.
When not selling homes, Vicky enjoys tennis, bicycling, and especially boating. In 1999, she and her husband traveled 6,100 miles over 6 months in their own boat to take the popular cruise known as the Great Loop where they began in Fort Myers Beach and went up the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway to the Great Lakes and over to Mobile, Alabama through the river system. They have settled in to life with two cats in their Fort Myers home.
