A native of Michigan, Jim sought out the metro DC area, one of the most complex real estate markets in the country, to launch his Real Estate career. He utilized his 20 years of knowledge from the business world of working in sales and marketing to quickly form his own business with a strong foundation in customer advocacy. Jim developed and grew the most productive team at his brokerage in Washington DC, with an emphasis on service and the philosophy that no matter what price-point a client was working with, they deserved the best representation.
Now with hundreds of sold homes and satisfied clients, Jim lives and works in the St. Petersburg area, helping clients buy and sell homes all over the Tampa Bay area.
New and returning clients appreciate his knowledgeable yet candid approach to their real estate needs. Jim has won many Sales Awards as well as awards for Innovation. He is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist and a Military Relocation Professional.
His clients include buyers and sellers from all walks of life, including many 2nd home buyers, 1st-Time Homebuyers, Military and Corporate executives relocating.
In his spare time he supports charities such as Habitat for Humanity and local animal rescue organizations. He can often be found walking around Dunedin with his dogs, Riley and Sandy.

Stephanie’s desire to help others is evidenced by her active involvement in the community. In addition to being Secretary of the Visit Dunedin Committee and a committee chair for the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, she served as VP of the Showcase Arts Foundation until 2013. She has also held various Board positions with the Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association and is a volunteer with Dunedin Doggie Rescue. Stephanie has loved living in Dunedin for over 15 years.
Stephanie has taken advanced real estate classes to enhance her knowledge and assist her in providing the best possible level of service to her clients. She has obtained a Graduate Realtor Institute certification as well as a Seller Representative Specialist certification to provide sellers with a higher level of service and marketing expertise. Stephanie graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Her distinguished career reflects more than 22 years in the banking industry working as a branch manager and financial specialist. When she decided to pursue a career in real estate she realized she could utilize her educational background and financial expertise to assist customers through today’s complex process of buying or selling a home.
