Broker, Attorney, Pilot- Annie has wide ranging experience that she brings to the table!
Annie has a diverse and varied professional background. She received her Law Degree from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, Magna Cum Laude. She spent a number of years practicing law for the Federal and Private sector, including the U.S. Department of Justice, then working as a federal tax lobbyist, representing the commercial aircraft industry, the banking industry and small aircraft manufacturers before Congress.
Because of her interest in aviation, Annie got her pilot’s license, purchased her own airplane and a small private airport in Virginia. Her work assignments enabled her to travel all over the US and Europe to visit clients and attend aviation related events.
After Washington, DC, she moved to Duluth, Minnesota. Annie worked with a unique consulting firm that assisted wealthy clients in both lowering their tax burden, protecting their assets and addressing estate planning needs. In 2012, she relocated to the desert to be close to family and got her real estate broker’s license. Her mother, father, aunts, uncles and cousins have all lived here for many years and she visited often-now she lives here!
Annie’s passion for real estate began with her own personal experience. She has purchased, sold, renovated and owned rental properties over the years, as well as assisted her family with commercial real estate interests. Her expertise ranges from investor, rehabber, landlord and owner. She also learned a great deal about real estate from the perspective of an advisor to wealthy persons on tax structuring of their assets.
As for interests, she serves on the Board of the Coachella Valley Symphony and the Board of the Palm Springs Pathfinders, a charitable organization that raises money for the Palm Springs Boys and Girls Club and the Pathfinder Ranch.
ReMax recently awarded Annie the prestigious "ReMax Executive Club" award for earning over $75,000 in commissions in the last year, 2015.
