I am a young motivated real estate and mortgage professional hungry to make his mark in the industry. When Buying a home, Instead of focusing solely on the numbers I put emphasis on the goals and motivation behind purchasing a home of each of my buyers. This in turn assures that the buyer is ultimately happy and has no regrets about the decision. I assure that all buyer due diligence is done and that all contingencies are taken care of and negotiate towards fair market value at all times no matter the situation. When selling a home, to assure the property is obtaining the most exposure I make sure that every internet avenue is taken because that is where todays buyer shop for homes. I also focus target the specific market that each particular home is suited for so that we are getting strong buyers that will ultimately pay the highest price. Constant open house and showings is also important to assure the homes value can be exposed. In real estate, a value of the home is dictated by how much a buyer is willing to pay. Technically there is no set limit. To achieve this I focus on targeting buyers that the clients home fulfill the most needs so that the buyer is able to perceive and attain more value therefore increasing the price he/she is willing to pay. Ofcourse the standard aesthetic recommendation such as keeping the home clean and clear of clutter and any other major defects that would detract buyers.
