From earning our Association of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year Award in 1998, to being named Realtor of the Year in 2014, I have tried to maintain the same “award winning” attitude of exceeding our client’s expectations.
My job is simply to help people make good decisions about buying and selling homes. Good decisions create a good experience, and good experiences create happy, satisfied, excited clients, and happy clients bring repeat business!
We have put together a solid, experienced, hardworking, caring and knowledgeable team of professionals who have been there before, know how to make positive things happen, and make all of the difference in the world when it comes to buying, or selling, a large asset – your home.
My role is to maintain an overview of our day to day operations, and guide them with experience, knowledge, and insight. I am very much a part of every transaction.
Much of what I do involves positioning, pricing, and marketing of the homes that we list for sale. Knowing the market helps a great deal in getting homes sold!
