Cindy is a fourth generation Bryan native. She is a 1976 Bryan High graduate and comes from a large, close knit family being the eldest of seven children. During her years away she spent time as a military wife living in Washington, D.C. and Ft. Campbell, Kentucky plus several years in Arlington, Texas and Amarillo. She returned to her hometown to attend Texas A&M University as a single parent, following her dream of earning a degree from there.
She has deep roots in this community and strives to continue strengthening them throughout her life here by supporting many local non-profit agencies and events. She has branched her family tree out two more generations with her four children and six grandchildren. When she is not working real estate deals, she can be found playing with her grandchildren or pursuing her many hobbies including genealogy, local history, antiquing, sewing, quilting and dancing. While family is her love, real estate is her passion and she feels blessed to be able to maintain a successful career that feels like a hobby. Helping people find the property they are looking for or sell the property they have, for the best price, in the least amount of time while providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction is what drives her in this business. She cares for each of her customers and pays attention to detail so that they can be confident in her ability to smooth out anything that comes up.
Cindy studied Agriculture at A&M with emphasis in leadership development and public policy. Graduating in 1998, she took every law course offered to undergraduates; therefore, contracts and negotiation are fun to her. Negotiation is a game where her goal is to find a win-win solution to every transaction and any issues along the way to closing the deal. She researches and maintains a high level of information on current real estate trends and marketing ideas. Technology is her friend which allows her to keep up with innovative marketing strategies. She is a lifelong student and values education in her field. While residential sales is her specialty, she has developed new construction expertise and skills related to development.
She has helped in planning, development and marketing of several communities in the area. She has received Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations giving her updated information and training on working with buyers and seniors during transitions in their lives.
Oh by the way, she is never too busy for your referral or to help you with your real estate needs!
