Originally born and raised in Rochester, NY, Nathan attended Rutgers University where he received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering Cum Laude and was a 4-year Varsity letter winner for the men’s golf team. Upon graduation, Nathan began a 15 year career in medical device and capital equipment sales with two Fortune 500 companies and was consistently a Top 10% sales performer.
Nathan began investing in the Charlotte real estate market over 12 years ago, which was the initial spark that ignited his love for the many different aspects of buying and selling properties. He decided he wanted to share his passion and knowledge for real estate to help others attain their personal goals and dreams.
Nathan delivers customer service at an elite level. His integrity, experience, patience, and skilled negotiating ability are invaluable assets to his clients. His years of experience negotiating multi-million dollar hospital contracts makes no real estate transaction too cumbersome or tedious for him to navigate on your behalf. As a member of the Premier Team, Nathan is backed by a tremendous support staff including a marketing specialist and closing coordinator, which allows him to focus his time and energy directly on his clients.

Nathan has resided in the South Charlotte/Ballantyne area since 2003. He remains an avid golfer, supports the First Tee of Charlotte, and attends Weddington United Methodist Church.
