Twenty plus years of progressive experience as a Real Estate Professional. Very strong management, financial and accounting skills. In the past, I was instrumental in the disposition of REO’s thru Vendor Resource Management for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae; allowing me a unique position to understand the dynamics of the organizational structure and needs. I am a committed team player that adapts quickly to ensure the success of the team while adding value to the organization. Understanding the value of the staff’s needs is paramount to the disposition of REO properties. Likewise, being able to establish rapport with outside vendors while satisfying the needs of the employees is a balancing act which requires innovation, follow-thru, determination, and sensitivity. More recently, I have been responsible for leading twenty-three Real Estate agents; representing $36 million in sales from 2006 to 2008. This includes but not limited to the supervision and training of new and existing agents while motivating them to increase sales.
