Since 1995, I have been involved in the real estate business buying, selling and managing commercial properties. Every deal was different but each required follow through, communication and creativity. From working with 1031 exchanges to developing a 300 unit residential subdivision, I have been privileged to work with great people. This broad real estate experience enables me to think out of the box to get results.
Selling residential real estate is a continuation of this love affair. Each deal is unique requiring communication, creativity and, many times, tenacity to get the deal done. And since I was also a residential investor, I understand and provide to my customers the services they want most. I particularity take pride in the level of communication I provide to my customers to ensure they are equipped to make the important decisions associated with selling or buying a house. Whether it is dealing with a short sale, looking for the great water access home, buying investment properties or selling your house, I never forget that it is "all about serving the customer."
For my selling customers, I provide weekly updates and monthly activity reports showing the effectiveness of my marketing campaign. In this buyers market, selling a house is all about marketing and price. We know that 90% of the buyers find their home using the Internet so I take the time and effort to differentiate my listings on over 500 web sites.
My husband and I have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. We raised our first four children in DeWitt, Michigan and had a vacation home near Traverse City, Michigan while wintering here in beautiful SW Florida. We decided to make Cape Coral our full time home in 2008 because of our love for boating. My youngest child is receiving an excellent education from Cape Coral schools.
I enjoy riding my soft-tail Deluxe - Harley Davidson motorcycle as often as I can as well as oil painting and knitting.
