Pamela Bost-Mincey is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals, located in Park Slope Brooklyn. As the office manager for three and half years through June 2015, Pamela was a huge participant in upgrading the amenities used to successfully service its customers and clients. One such success was the introduction and implementation of the at-a-glance window display of the office listings, as well as the touch screen navigation displayed in the windows to allow customers to independently search the RE/MAX Real Estate Group online database. To ensure she excels in her business ventures, Pamela continually expands her knowledge and sphere of influence through education. Her credits and licenses include North Carolinas Broker in Charge License, Accredited Stager, Short Sale Specialist, ABR, and Notary Public License. In addition, she understands the importance of social media savvies and has been educationally trained to serve her customers effectively via social media tools. In addition, Ms. Bost-Mincey is a proud member of Brooklyn and REBNEY multiple listing services.
Beyond the scope of her Real Estate Broker experience, Pamela has a diverse portfolio of volunteer endeavors. For the past 9 years, through January 2015, Pamela served as the president of 590 Parkside Tenant Association. In doing so she educated her fellow neighbors on ways to upgrade the quality of life and decrease the cost of the buildings overhead by introducing and implementing such innovations as the NYC weatherization program, as well as installing energy efficient tools and appliances.
Pamela has also continued to reach out to her community by celebrating seniors through her annual Adopt-a–Grandparent Program. Through this program, founded by Ms. Bost-Mincey in 2003, an organized group of volunteers donate their time, talents, and gifts by visiting nursing homes during the Christmas holiday season. Through musical & choreographed performances, Pamela and her team of volunteers are able to bring joy to the Seniors at a time when many feel hopeless & lonely. Hence the birth of the programs slogan and overall purpose is “Make a Senior Smile for the Holidays”. In addition, she assists her daughter in annual coat drive event entitled “Xtreme Giving”; as well as supporting, contributing to and advocating for the annual AIDS Walk NY fundraiser. Pamela is an active member of the Christian Cultural Center ministry, located in Brooklyn, NY.
With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Pamela has experienced different dramatics of the business. She spent most of her career in a Franchise Real Estate Company located in Queens, NY until her relocation to her current residence in Brooklyn 9 years ago.
