Daniel began his career in corporate America at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN after obtaining his Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) at Middle Tennessee State University, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Through his hard work and loyalty he was quickly promoted into management. Daniel excelled at various healthcare facilities for HCA throughout Middle Tennessee and decided to return to his love of education and went back to college to earn his Masters In Health Care Administration (MHSA).
In July 2006, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) made the business sector decision to go private from a publicly traded company and Daniel saw an opportunity and desired through his management, leadership, and business experience with HCA to become his own entrepreneur. Once again he returned to school earning his MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Following graduation with his Master of Business Administration, the decision to move into the residential Real Estate field, as a sales agent following HCA becoming a privately held company was obvious for Daniel. After a career of helping the clients of Middle Tennessee buy and sell homes for the past 10 years has helped earn Daniel the honor of being one of the top agents in area.

Daniel’s phenomenal natural ability to connect with clients has helped countless number of homebuyers, sellers, and real estate investors achieve and exceed their real estate goals.
Daniel is recognized by the National Association of Realtors®, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce as one of the most influential people in the Middle Tennessee Real Estate profession. Daniel was selected as a member of Leadership (MTAR) Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2007, he was also bestow the honor of being selected as a distinguished member of the 2009 Leadership (TAR) Tennessee Association of Realtors class. Daniel wanted to remain apart of the community and civically minded so his clients could appreciate his knowledge of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County. Therefore, Daniel applied, interviewed and was selected as a member of the 2010 Leadership Rutherford of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Being known as one of the foremost experts on Real Estate sales, Daniel and his team have lead dozens of seminars for potential buyers and sellers. Daniel has served on the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) Residential Forms Committee from 2009-2011, on the (TAR) Cultural Diversity Committee from 2011-2013 and was asked by the President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors to serve as the Chair of the Diversity Committee from 2013-2014. Daniel has far too many Realtor designations to list but prides himself on keeping abreast of the latest rules and ethics among the National Association of Realtors.
