We have been residents of Summit County since 1977. We met in 1978 and built our lives and family here. Our roots grow deep! Initially Steve was in construction owning SundanceContractors.He joined Jan in real estate in 1983 and together we owned Clark, Heller and McGahey Real Estate for 12 years. Now a part of the Re/Max team, we are most proud of the business and referrals year in and out that comes from past clients. We have developed great friendships with our clients through the years. To toot our horn just a littleā€¦Steve was the first Realtor to sell a home worth over $2million in Summit County, the second Realtor to sell a home over $3million, and he sold a commercial property for just under $5million. Every transaction, however large or small, we give our highest level of service. Our proudest achievement is our family. We have two sons, Ben and Grant,both CU-Boulder graduates. They are building their lives in the Denver area. Ben is a Realtor with Kentwood Properties and Grant works with Lockton Insurance Company.
