As your agent, my goal is to apply that information and my knowledge of Boulder, and the current Boulder real estate market, to help you find the ideal home for you, negotiate towards your best interests, and give you solid advice. On the execution side, this often means finding homes that are not yet on the market. Knocking on doors, finding off-market homes, networking with other brokers who have homes coming up soon, and being creative in my approach are all part of the strategy.

Getting your home ready for sale is a critical step, and I have extensive connections and resources to help you with that process. Marketing your home includes submitting your home into over 100 Multi-listing services, creating flyers and mailers, direct marketing, broker networking, and generally... giving your home high exposure. Even in a "sellers" market, in order to maximize your sales price and attract the right buyers, preparation and execution are very important.
