Looking to buy? To get the property you want, you need a seasoned professional with an intimate knowledge of the Boulder market, and a deep network of personal and professional connections that provide access to off-market listings. As inventory grows tighter in Boulder, Amanda proactively finds homes for her buyers before they come to market. The best deals are typically found through creative and collaborative efforts within her community - not on the MLS.
You need a realtor who is very available and intimately connected with your personal needs and long-term investment goals, and has a proven track record of getting her clients under contract in a highly-competitive market. Amanda has the experience and knows how to win competitive offer situations for her buyers by offering them the guidance and strategies needed to standout.
Looking to sell? Amanda has an impeccable track record with her sellers, selling every home she has represented at an impressive 100.3% average list to sales price. The average days-to-contract for her listings is also well below the county average. Amanda knows how to position your property to yield the highest sales price within a timeframe that works for you.
Originally from the Midwest, Amanda's love for the outdoors and the Rocky Mountains drew her to Boulder. After working in the real estate industry for several years, she joined RE/MAX Alliance on Walnut in 2010. She has consistently been a member of the nation’s top-producing RE/MAX teams.
Her personal life is an exciting and fun mix of enjoying all the adventure and arts offered in Boulder. She loves early morning runs, sipping well-brewed Americanos, and Boulder’s vibrant food and wine culture. Some of her most recent adventures include scaling the Manhattan Bridge to see the NYC skyline at night, two rafting trips down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, and modeling for Patagonia Clothing Co. She has volunteered as an Associate Producer of The Adventure Film Festival, and served as an Executive Producer of an award-winning album by Gregory Alan Isakov in 2009. She owns her primary residence and an investment property in downtown Boulder.
