Choose Your Broker Wisely — It Matters
Other than a few years in Oregon reporting for an ABC affiliate, I have lived in Washington. Born in Bellevue, a great deal of my youth was on the Eastside; I raised my family in Woodinville and now live in Everett. My elder daughter and I are UW graduates and my younger daughter is currently at WSU where my husband is an alumnus.
Prior to real estate I owned and operated a business for 14 years helping clients create clean, pleasing home environments for personal well-being, open houses, and magazine shoots. I sold the company as my career in broadcast journalism advanced. I heard and saw first-hand the rewards of home ownership as well as the devastating consequence of inadequate realty representation. Wanting to make a difference, I make the leap from reporter to real estate broker—and I haven't looked back!
I am a PSIA-NW certified ski instructor and have taught for Lyon’s Ski School at Stevens Pass for nearly two decades. Additionally, I enjoy backpacking/hiking, cycling and running; and I am a fan of The Bar Method. I am an active listener, I love learning, and I can't keep a good thing to myself. I believe there is more joy in giving than receiving. So much so, that I make a gift in my clients name with every closed transaction to Children's Hospital. I am proud to work alongside like-minded REALTORS® who care about the communities we live, and work hard every day to empower and enrich our clients' lives. I am best described by others as articulate, hardworking, fiercely loyal and passionate. I agree!
