Monte was a general contractor and home builder for nearly 20 years before entering Real Estate. Kathi was in the Retail Sales and Marketing business for 15 years before entering Real Estate. In order to serve our clients better we believe in continued training and education. Kathi received her Broker’s license with the state of Washington and Monte is currently working on completing his as well.
We believe that customer service is paramount and meeting your needs is our highest priority! We offer a “BLUE RIBBON-NORDSTROM” level of service with a support team to ensure easy communications at all levels of our organization. We have a personal assistant, Julie, a transaction co-ordinator, MeriAnn, and a customer service specialist, Eileen. At any given time at least one of us is available to our clients.
We believe in serving our clients before, during and most importantly after they’ve made their move into their new home. We often hear from past clients in need of a referral for a contractor, plumber or some other professional. We are proud to offer this as an added bonus for our clients. We “keep in touch” with our clients monthly and are there for them when they have a need.
