I was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Bothell, WA, graduating in 1978 from Inglemoor High School and Seattle University in 1982 with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. My first employment was in the sporting goods industry with Olympic Sports Center. During college, I became the Promotions Director and Comptroller of Seafair, Seattle’s summer festival. In 1984, I entered the real estate business with a specialty in condominium marketing and recreational real estate. During my 32 year career, I have developed 17 award-winning resort condominium communities throughout the Western U.S. including Napa Valley and Big Bear, CA, Leavenworth, Chelan, Ocean Shores and British Columbia, Canada including Whistler, Vancouver and Victoria. During the late 1980’s I also served on the Governor’s board to revise the condominium laws for the State of Washington. In addition to resort development, I served as Senior Vice President of Trendwest Resorts, Inc.
Married to Joanne Warner since 2008. My favorite recreational activities include travel, cycling, downhill skiing, tennis, Maserati sports cars and sailing.
Over the years, I have been involved in the development of apartments, office buildings, residential condominiums and self-storage facilities in the Puget Sound region.
My real estate practice includes extensive buyer and seller representation of residential properties throughout the Puget Sound Region including in-city, condo, urban, high-end, investment, distressed (short sale/foreclosure) and equestrian/ranch. I am the founder and Director of the Home Advantage Program, one of the most successful real estate teams in the Puget Sound area representing hundreds of clients each year with their professional real estate needs. Our primary focus is corporate employee representation with over 90 corporate clients including Boeing, University of Washington, Fred Hutch, King County, AAA Washington, City of Seattle and Harborview Medical Center.
I have been consistently one of the top 3 producers in the REMAX northwest region system and have been honored since 2005 to be voted one of the “Best in Client Satisfaction” real estate agents by Seattle Magazine. I teach the Dave Ramsey Financial Wellness Program and oversee employee real estate benefit/education services for BECU and HomeStreet Bank.
