Pete transitioned into real estate from a background in small business management, project management and technology sales. His solid background allowed Pete to hone his negotiating skills where he secures the best price and contractual terms for his clients.
Once in the real estate business, Pete placed an importance on becoming an expert on a host of different transaction types such as foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, renovation/new construction. In addition, he possesses specific knowledge in Tax Assessment Appeals, CHAP Historical Tax, Homeowners Tax Credit, Homestead Tax Credit and other various Baltimore Metro area tax/grant programs.
