In addition, he possesses specific knowledge in Tax Assessment Appeals, CHAP Historical Tax, Homeowners Tax Credit, Homestead Tax Credit and other various Baltimore Metro area tax/grant programs. Most importantly, Pete understands that buying or selling a home can be one of the most challenging and complicated processes an individual or family can undertake.He always interacts with his clients keeping this in mind.
