Kenisha is a Licensed Realtor & member of the NAR Commercial and Residential chapters. She began her real estate career in 2005, managing a Commercial and Residential portfolio for a private investment firm in Arizona. She later transitioned to Commercial brokerage full time as a Tenant rep with UGL-Equis; and in the 5 years with the company, she was trained to become a tenacious negotiator for end-users of space. While in Arizona, she completed her Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and was later hired by an Atlanta-based Development firm to manage their luxury high-rise condos in Midtown and Buckhead.
Her diligence, customer service and work ethic was noticed, and she landed a position in the Real Estate Division of Walmart Corporate Headquarters. Her Biochemistry undergrad degree trained her to research and carefully scrutinize the legal documents, which became her specialty when she negotiated Walmart leases for renewal. She managed over 40 million square feet of Walmart Real Estate in 4 different states, sold excess land, structured carve-outs and was responsible for the continued efforts of developing new Supercenters and Neighborhood markets within her portfolio.
In March of 2017, Kenisha shifted from the largest Retail and Real Estate Company in the world and joined RE/MAX Platinum Access in Atlanta Georgia. She now represents private and corporate investors, and uses financial analysis and strategy, to structure real estate deals with optimal outcomes. Soon after her joining the firm, she completed the requirements, passed the exam and received her CCIM designation. This is one of the highest designations a Commercial Broker can achieve, and it is held by less than 6% of all Commercial agents.
