Most Realtors tout the same industry derived labels "Top 1% Nationwide" "Top Producer" "Top Sales Agent" or "Multi Million Dollar Agent" however most people outside the real estate industry know little of what this means to them as consumers. By contrast, statistically homes listed through Kevin Love have averaged at an astounding 103% of list price, on average, and within a median of just 7 days! Bottom-line, when Kevin prepares market analysis of your home’s value, it is done free of external influences, especially the temptation to overstate the value of the home in order to win the listing. This practice is commonly done in the real estate industry. Given the competitiveness Realtors face to overstate the value of a home which naturally sounds good to the homeowner. The Realtor also might rationalize this practice of taking overpriced listings satisfied knowing that after a few price reductions the home will likely sell and until such time they stand to reap the benefits of a new listing by attracting new business off that listing. Homeowners need objectivity and without an honest, objective assessment many will rationalize overpricing by thinking “were in no rush ", but face it, no matter how much time you have to sell your home, it is never in your best interests to languish on the market. This inevitably results in losses of upwards of tens, possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars.
If you like what you do, the job is half done.” Sound advice Kevin received from his father. Growing up in North Arlington, the youngest of six children, Kevin credits his father, Warren L. Love, Special Agent-FBI, as being instrumental to his success in real estate. “I know my father would have liked one of us to follow in his footsteps with the bureau, but true to his advice, he encouraged each of us to follow his or her own path.” This also explains after 29 years of selling real estate how Kevin maintains the same enthusiasm for selling homes to this day.
