After owning a business for 26 years, my transition into real estate has exceeded all of my expectations. My favorite part of real estate is meeting and interacting with people. I spend the extra time to get to know all my clients so I can find them the perfect home. I am available when people need me by phone, text, or the internet. People ask if I am available evenings and weekends: I let them know that I try to be available when they need me.I do everything I can to answer my client’s questions and concerns immediately, if possible, or as soon as I can find the answer. Today, people want information quickly, so we work hard to provide a short turnaround. Having an assistant frees me to focus on what my client needs.When listing a home, it is exposed to the paper medium, TV, internet, and mailings to matching buyers. I am creative when I advertise my properties and I am a firm believer of pictures, pictures, pictures; including room sizes—the more information on the listing the better it is for seller and buyer.Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions most people will ever make, and I take that very seriously. Because of that, I continually take classes to sharpen my real estate skills, from Investment Analysis For Commercial Properties, Mortgage Application and Qualifying Process, to Real Estate Contracts and more.I try to be an active member of the community and served past as president of Sunrise Rotary Club, and past board member of the United Way Board. I have served on the Church Parish Council and President of St. John’s Church Parish, and I presently am serving as director on the Allegheny Highland Board of Realtors and chairperson of the Family Life Committee for St. John’s.
