About Me

Teri Idarola-Harley – Broker Associate with RE/MAX Award Realtors since 2015. I started my career in Real Estate in 2000 after teaching Special Needs Students for 11 years.

Resident of the Waterfront Community of Baywood, Brick, NJ from 1991-2019. Selling Waterfront Homes is my Specialty. Living on the Water during and after Super Storm Sandy has given me firsthand knowledge of the remediation, renovation and raising process, how to read an elevation certificate, FEMAs flood maps which are current and proposed, obtain and transfer flood insurance and I can answer most any questions people selling or buying have. It was bitter-sweet live training but truly allows me to say I Specialize in Waterfront Properties.

Current Resident of Seawood Village, an Adult Community in Brick, NJ. Living and working in the Adult Communities has opened a new way for me to help my Sellers. I have an excellent team of recourses, from contractors, movers, home improvement, cleaners, attorney, etc, that work closely with me to serve my customers. If you have a need, I have a contractor for it. And, in some circumstances, my contractors are paid by me with reimbursement at closing.
