Joshua "Moncee" Moncivais

Joshua Moncivais is a licensed Realtor in Iowa. His main focus is on the greater Des Moines area. Joshua, also known as Moncee is originally from Panama, moved to Houston in 1999 where he spent most of his school days till he graduated in the spring of 2008 from North Shore Senior High School. He then moved to Des Moines, Iowa in the fall of 2008 on a football scholarship to play at Grand View University.

In the fall of 2013 he returned to Houston, Texas to teach at his alma mater and coach Texas football. However he returned to Des Moines in 2015. He now lives in the Ankeny area with his wife Iwa Moncivais and two beautiful Daughters Kanani and Neveah.

Josh loves being a part of the Des Moines community. Some of his activities include coaching at Grand View University as a defensive line coach, attending Walnut Creek Community Church, and finding great local restaurants.

Josh is dedicated to his clients and is knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He also has past experience as a loan officer for Wells Fargo as well as working for Principal Financial Group and is excited to use this knowledge to help clients! He understands the impact real estate transactions have on his clients' lives. Whether you are buying or selling, Josh will work hard to meet your unique needs and reach your unique goals.
