Deb Hilfman has real estate in her bones. Her mother, an award-winning NYC broker, encouraged Deb's work in real estate when she was in her 20’s, but opportunities took her in another direction. For over 20 years, Deb managed large consumer and trade events and created branded content, working with firms from Big Tech to e-commerce start ups. To her, the most important metric of success was the satisfaction of each and every client.

Pivoting back to real estate, Deb’s ability to listen, provide support, and work through problems creatively and compassionately remain among her strongest assets. Her customers consistently remark on her caring presence and commitment to go the extra mile to seal the deal.
