Most Top Performers Affiliated with RE/MAX

DENVER, CO – Of the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in America, 33 are RE/MAX Sales Associates. More RE/MAX agents were recognized among the top performers than agents affiliated with any other brand, according to a report released last week by The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

In the industry's first ever comprehensive list of top-producing Latino residential real estate agents, RE/MAX placed three of its agents among the top 25 – two from Arizona and one from Illinois.

From the Phoenix area, Nathan Martinez with RE/MAX Professionals took the number five position, while Victor Vidales with RE/MAX New Heights Realty ranked number eleven. Robert Padron from RE/MAX Cityview in Chicago rounded out the top 25.

The NAHREP Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in America list is based on agent sales production data for the entire year 2011. The final 250 were selected from over 10,000 agents across the United States.

In 2012, two other respected industry surveys have ranked RE/MAX agents as the industry's most productive among the national brands. RE/MAX offices took 44 of the top 50 spots in the 2012 REAL Trends 500 survey when ranked by agent productivity. RE/MAX agents also had an average of 15.6 transaction sides in the RIS Media Power Broker survey, the highest of any national brand.

    For the first time in 2014, home sales reached a level higher than one year ago. Following an expected seasonal trend, September home sales were 10.4% lower than sales in August.  However, sales pushed past the mark set in September 2013 by 0.9%. Sales throughout 2014 remained just below those in 2013, but finally in September sales inched above those one year ago.  more »
