Randy Morse joined RE/MAX International in 1994 as a Franchise Development Consultant in the RE/MAX Mountain States Region. Advancing to Compliance Manager in 1995, Morse shaped and implemented the first-ever Franchisee Compliance Standards for the Company Operated Regions.

As RE/MAX entered the world of motorsports in 1996, he was tapped to direct the effort and was promoted to Vice President, Motorsports. During RE/MAX participation in motorsports, primarily 1996 – 2003, Morse coordinated an increased level of sponsorship that included a NASCAR truck series team, a NASCAR regional series and the ARCA RE/MAX Series. He also managed the operation of a two-car race team. And after RE/MAX Chairman Dave Liniger purchased the premier short track in Georgia, Morse operated it during the same time frame.

Being named a Vice President of RE/MAX International in 1998, Morse managed the operations side of the Team RE/MAX around-the-world helium-balloon attempt in late 1998 and early 1999. Morse was subsequently assigned the RE/MAX Approved Supplier Program in 1999 and transformed it into the premier vendor program in the real estate industry.

In 2009, Morse assumed his current position, releasing the Approved Supplier Program and devoting full attention to managing the company owned brokerage operations. Morse’s financial and management background and expertise are also used in numerous and varied consulting assignments to the RE/MAX Chairman, CEO, COO and President.

Prior to coming to RE/MAX, Morse was affiliated for five years with W. R. Grace, Inc., of Irvine, California, and served as Special Assistant to the Vice President of Restaurant Operations, addressing operational concerns throughout the United States. Morse then moved to the banking industry in Denver, Colorado, rising to Vice President, Senior Lender, at Omnibank, NA. He then moved to First Colorado Bank and Trust, NA, serving as Vice President, Loan Workout Specialist, and as a member of its Senior Loan Committee, Executive Loan Committee, and Compliance Committee.

Moving to Ft. Collins, Colorado, for three years, Morse served as Vice President, Operations, at U. S. Turbine, Inc., and was instrumental in turning the entity operations to profitability. He later led the merger of the company into a larger corporation.
