Ward Morrison
Vice President, U.S. Regional Development
RE/MAX, LLC

Ward Morrison joined RE/MAX in October 2005 as a Business Development Consultant for brokerage operations. He was later promoted to Senior Business Development Consultant and then was named to Director, Membership Services and Contract Administration, in March 2008. He was promoted to Vice President, Membership Services, Contract Administration and Customer Relations, in July 2009.

In 2011 he was named Vice President, U.S. Regional Development, with responsibility for the operations and growth of U.S. Company Owned and Managed Regions, comprising all or portions of 25 states and the District of Columbia.

Morrison lived in Michigan and Arizona prior to moving to Colorado, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

He has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Morrison worked with Xerox Corp. as a Marketing Representative. He then moved to Avon, Colorado, where he earned his real estate license and started a company that built and sold homes. He has also worked as both a mortgage broker and as Controller for Stewart Title. Upon returning to Denver, he became the CFO of RE/MAX Alliance, one of the largest RE/MAX franchises in the U.S.

Throughout his career, he has been supported by his wife, Gillian, and their three sons. Morrison serves as treasurer for a non-profit based in Boulder, Colorado. His hobbies include golf, poker, skiing, and his favorite pastime - spending time with his family.
