Tom Kramig
Vice President, Multi-Media and Education
RE/MAX, LLC

Tom Kramig began working for RE/MAX as an independent contractor in 1994, at the same time the RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN) launched. He has been an integral part of the production and development of the award-winning multimedia network, the only of its kind in the real estate industry.

Kramig joined RE/MAX full-time in 2006 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2007. He was named Vice President, Multi-Media and Education, in 2009.

Kramig has produced popular RE/MAX programs, such as the Shadow Series, Coaching Hall of Fame, Great Offices and The Sky’s The Limit, which feature the best RE/MAX has to offer and help educate and train RE/MAX Sales Associates around the world. In addition, he has managed multimedia production for every RE/MAX Convention since 1995. He also helped coordinate the launch of RE/MAX University, with its Agent Training On Demand (ATOD) and Management Training On Demand (MTOD), and supervised the redesign of Broker Management Training, all of which are part of the comprehensive education program RE/MAX provides its Affiliates.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, Kramig spent eight years working in television news in Orlando, Florida; Cincinnati, Ohio; Buffalo, New York; and Columbus, Ohio. From 1992 to 2006, he owned Pro Cam Video Productions, an independent production company with clients such as GE, P&G, Thomson Publishing, Toyota, HBO, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, ESPN and CNN.

Tom and his wife, Jacqueline, have two daughters, Madison and Sammie.
