Pam Newman
Vice President, Event Management
RE/MAX, LLC

Pam Newman joined the RE/MAX Event Management Department in 2001 as Corporate Meeting Planner. She was promoted to Manager of Events in 2002 and Director of Conventions in 2004. In January 2005, Newman was named Vice President, Event Management. She also oversees EDR Travel, the approved travel agency for RE/MAX.

The RE/MAX Event Management Department coordinates more than 400 events throughout North America each year, each requiring detail-oriented management. Newman has a proven track record of delivering premier quality meetings and events for RE/MAX.

Newman’s core responsibilities converge at the RE/MAX network’s two major annual events. The RE/MAX Convention, in early March, welcomes all RE/MAX Affiliates from around the world for high-quality education and networking sessions. The annual RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference, held each August, offers in-depth coaching for RE/MAX franchise owners and managers.

Venues for these annual functions are top hotels and convention centers in cities such as Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, Denver and Boston.

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Newman worked in a variety of positions with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and Doubletree Hotels. She is a graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality and restaurant management.
