Nick Bailey
Vice President, Regional Director, RE/MAX Southwest

After a highly successful career in real estate sales and brokerage management, Nick Bailey joined RE/MAX in 2001 as a Management Consultant for RE/MAX Mountain States. He was promoted to Senior Management Consultant in April 2003 and was named Assistant Regional Director in August of that same year.
In January 2004, he took on Regional Director duties, overseeing two RE/MAX regions: Western Pennsylvania and Central/Northern Ohio. He was promoted to Vice President in July 2004.
After RE/MAX World Headquarters acquired the formerly independent RE/MAX Florida region in 2007, Bailey was named Regional Vice President of RE/MAX Florida, overseeing all franchise operations and personnel. Bailey was named Vice President, Area Director, Eastern U.S., in January 2010, and in 2011 he became Vice President and Regional Director of the RE/MAX Southwest Region, encompassing Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.
During his career as a real estate agent in Powell, Wyo., from 1996 through mid-2001, Bailey was a million-dollar producer and also served as Office Manager and Associate Broker for his brokerage. He was an officer and director of the Park County Board of REALTORS® and was voted 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Montana State University and is a graduate of the Wyoming Real Estate Institute.
A licensed real estate agent since 1996, Bailey is a member of both the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He holds three real estate professional designations: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).
He and his wife, Hannah, have two sons, Jackson and Max, and are avid golfers, snow skiers and scuba divers.
